I've the idea to integrate both the old folks home & orphanage together and here are the benefits:
What can the elderly give to the children?

- practical education
- manners & moral values
- love and care
What can the children give to the elderly?
- sense of responsibility
- happiness
-joyful moment
- respect
- sense of appreciation
- love and care
The activities and are that they can communicate and interact with each other are as follow:
- reading - library
- eating - dining hall
- playing - play area & games room
- gardening - garden
- farming - farm
- chatting - living hall
- celebration - mini hall
(provided there's a huge outdoor are for them)
They are just like a tree, the elderly represents the roots of the tree and the children are the fruits of the tree, and what connect them together is the trunk, which will be my design, my proposal, my idea of the integration of both the homes.
